The work of BSA
Over the last few seasons, BSA has undergone many changes which have seen the organisation become more proactive and offer more services to it's members, to compliment the existing Fan's Forum, Football Tournament and Weekend Away.
The first of these events was in September 2005 when some 400 people gathered in the Sponsors Lounge at Bloomfield Road to celebrate Jimmy Armfield's 70th Birthday.

Twelve months on Jimmy Armfield cut the ribbon to officially open the Blackpool FC Hall of Fame which recognises some of the greatest players to have donned the famous tangerine shirt
A testimonial fund for Gareth Evans was set up bt the committee when it was announced that Gareth had been forced, at such a young age, to retire from football. After a series of fund raising events including the successful Meet the Players Quiz Night, we were able to present Gareth with a cheque for £4,000.
We have also introduce our BSA Meets in the Number 1 Club with former players such as Bill Perry, Cyril Robinson, Glyn James and Eamon O'Keefe giving the fans an opportunity to listen to their stories of Blackpool FC and also answering questions from the fans.
As always, the forthcoming season will see BSA run a coach to every away league fixture and as a member you will be able to save £2 on the day price if you book and pay in advance.
With the support of it's members, BSA will continue to organise more events, and be a proactice supporters group that outs the people that matter, tha fans, first.
